Please Note, we are no longer partnering Buildium!
Please disregard any email, text, or letter from Buildium. All of your information is transferred to AppFolio. The easiest and best way to get the most updated information is to go to Resident page

- If you have been paying rent with Buildium, we have turned off the payment option, please go to Resident page to activate your new online portal with AppFolio to make your rent payment.
- If you have been paying rent by check, money order, or certified check, please continue to do so. However, we strongly encourage you to activate your online portal, so you can submit maintenance requests, communicate with management, and have easy access to your tenant ledger and other information anytime and anywhere.
- If there is any discrepancy in your account, please rest assured that we are working hard to reconcile any inaccuracies. Your account will be updated in the next 2 weeks.
We understand the transition is causing inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for that. It is within our goal to make sure all of our tenants are taken care of. You have spoken and we have taken action!
